High-value DM Closer · Santiago, Chile

I don’t close sales. I change opinions.

I apply audience psychology and strategic persuasion —what I studied for a Master’s and now execute in every DM— so your high-value prospects decide without feeling sold to.

01 — The diagnosis

Your script isn’t failing. It’s being detected.

Every prospect spots a copy-paste by the second message: the identical greeting, the rehearsed question, the “got 5 minutes?” that was never about them. A script doesn’t communicate; it gives you away. And when someone feels like a number, the conversation dies before your offer ever shows up.

01

Templates everyone has

The same script you bought was bought by a hundred other closers. Your prospect has already read it three times this week.

02

Replies that don’t listen

You answer words, not beliefs. Nobody decides based on what you write; they decide based on what they interpret.

03

Pressure without framing

You talk about your offer while the decision plays out in their frame: their fear, their context, their timing.

The problem was never your offer. It was the conversation around it.

02 — The difference

A DM is public opinion in miniature.

I’ve spent more than a decade studying how an opinion forms and what makes it change: framing, trust, dissonance, decision. What moves entire audiences in a campaign moves a single person in a DM. A prospect is an audience of one. And an audience of one deserves strategy, not a template.

And like all strategic communication, closing by DM happens on four fronts at once:

Stakeholders

A one-to-one relationship

Every DM is a bond with a specific public. I map, listen, segment and qualify: from lead to client, from client to advocate.

Community

From audience to bond

Community is born in public content and deepens in the DM. I don’t just close: I build shared identity and belonging.

Organization

The face of the brand

I’m the point of contact between the organization and its public: I translate the value proposition and protect the message and reputation.

Digital communication

Measurable dialogue

A bidirectional, real-time channel: active listening, narrative, data and conversion. The funnel is a communication plan in stages.

“Scripts repeat. Strategic communication persuades.”

— Master’s in Strategic Communication and Public Opinion, Universidad Diego Portales

03 — The method

C.L.A.V.E. — Five phases. One key.

A closing system built on strategic communication, not intuition.

  • Connect

From stranger to interlocutor in three messages. Tone, context and the prospect’s language; zero formulas.

  • Read

Communication diagnosis: beliefs, latent objections and the frame they decide from.

  • Argue

I translate your offer into the language of the problem the prospect is already telling themselves.

  • Validate

Objections aren’t crushed: they’re reframed. It’s the same work as changing an opinion.

  • Execute

Closing and a clear next step, agreed and frictionless. With follow-up until the “yes.”

I don’t improvise. I execute. That’s why I can repeat it.

DM Closer: an AI copilot for selling through conversation

I built DM Closer, an AI copilot that walks with the closer through every chat: it analyzes the conversation, points to the next action and hands over the next line ready to paste, across the seven stages of closing. My method turned into a product: Research. Write. Close.

Terra Radar: territorial intelligence to anticipate risks

I co-founded and direct a platform that anticipates social, environmental and reputational risks for mining, energy and infrastructure organizations. Conceptual architecture, narrative and commercial strategy: complex information turned into decisions.

07 — Resources & research

The criteria, in writing.

I publish everything I know about selling through conversation: 8 open resources and 3 research pieces with primary data. No sign-up, no email, no fluff.

This isn’t for everyone. It never was.

Let’s work together if:

  • You sell high-ticket and every conversation is worth millions.
  • Your offer is validated; what’s missing is polishing the close, not inventing the product.
  • You care how your brand feels while selling: persuade without burning it.
  • You want a measurable process, not a lucky streak.

Not for you if:

  • You’re after volume, spam or “closing for the sake of closing.”
  • You sell without a process or follow-up.
  • You think persuading means insisting.
  • You expect results without giving access, data and time.

If you recognize yourself in the first column, the next conversation may be the most profitable of the year.

09 — About

From academia to the DM.

I’m Javier Riveros: strategic communicator, researcher and consultant. For over 18 years I’ve studied and applied how opinions form, hold and change —in organizations, territories and digital audiences.

I’ve led reputation, crisis management and applied research projects, and today I’m co-founder of Trenzar IA, where we build Terra Radar, a territorial intelligence platform that anticipates reputational and social risks.

That journey left me with one certainty: selling by DM isn’t a sales problem. It’s a communication problem.

“Communication is solved with method, reading and strategy. Exactly what I do in every conversation I close.”

10 — FAQ

What you’re about to ask.

What makes you different from other closers?

My edge isn’t a script: it’s training. The Master’s taught me to read how a person decides; the International Diploma, to build messages that persuade without imposing. You don’t learn that in a four-hour course.

What kind of offers do you close?

High ticket: mentorships, consulting, info products, B2B services and agencies. If your offer requires conversation and trust, that’s my ground.

Do you work directly with the business or with agencies?

Both: directly with founders and teams, or as an external closer for agencies that don’t want to hand the close over to a template.

How do we start?

With a conversation. You tell me your offer, ticket and volume. If it fits, I propose a plan with metrics from week one.

How do we measure results?

Reply rate, conversation-to-proposal and proposal-to-close. Without metrics there’s no method, only stories.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Professional English (English UC, PUC): I can close conversations in Spanish and English.

11 — Next step

Your next sale is already in your inbox.

The question is whether you’ll close it with a script… or with strategy.
